Makeup Forever Lip Gloss Review

In this post I am doing a mini review of two Makeup Forever lip glosses.
The reason I bought these lip glosses was because I was searching for a plum red lip gloss. When I saw the Deep Rose color online, it looked like it could be a winner. So I went ahead and bought that color as well as the Vibrant Coral color. They are each $20.

Upon receiving the glosses, I saw that the Deep Rose color looks quite different than its online version. There is almost no pigment in the color, plus it is much lighter than the online image suggests.

Then I tried the Coral. Again, there is almost no pigment in this gloss. You can barely see it unless heavily glopped on.
Since I was searching for something with a good amount of pigment (and a completely different color), I went ahead and returned the glosses. I will say, however, they make your lips tingle, similar to that of Burt’s Bee’s. If you like that feeling on your lips, then this could be a good light gloss for you.
